“ As you walk into the restaurant it looks like some russian families' dining room, set up with two long tables. You are out of luck for a duce. It is as close to a russian family experience as you will be able to find. From tacky decorations to tack dishes and unprofessional presentations. "Let's open a restaurant Boris!,DA,OK) And poof a Ruski restoran is open. Unless you can speak russian, or one of the Anglo staff is there forget it! The borsch was OK, the bread was stale, the eggplant dish was OK, the herring was fresh but too salty and too much dill, the lamb shaslik (shishkabob) was overcooked and dry, making the little bits of what could have been great lamb, dry tasteless and chewy. (old russians cook everything well done) so, was it a great dinner, no, was it authentic russian, yeah pretty much so, since the food has really never been considered gourmet. All in all you would be better off at Cinderella. Hard to find, moderatly expensive for the quality and quantity you get. ”
