“ If it weren't for friends, I would probably never find these places. I had the chicken sandwich and I loved it's unique taste and even better when topped with french fries! I really want to try the fried egg sandwich when I go back. ”

“ The sandwich is unique but it needs more flavor to it. I had the steak and spicy italian sausage. The fries in the sandwich was freshly made and delicious but the coleslaw had no flavor to it. The sandwich definitely needs some sort of condiment to it to add more flavor. The place has a sport's bar feel to it. Hanging on the wall is pictures of the Pittsburgh Steelers
football team. There is also a big flat screen TV hanging on the wall which is good for watching sports. The service is also very friendly and laid back. I gave it a neutral because I came to this place for the sandwich but it wasn't all it's cracked up to be. ”

“ The Coppa sandwich is my favorite - definitely enough to fill you up for lunch... I don't really think I'd want this for dinner though. Try finishing off with one of their massive cookies. If you didn't get a heart attack from the meat/fries/slaw/hot sauce sando, the cookie might do you in :)

“ Another good review but what's not to like! Yummy sandwiches..nothing like the formula sandwiches you get everywhere else..sooooo tasty. And the friendly staff just top it off. For a casual dinner with a beer it's perfect..we wandered in on a friday only to be treated to some geat live jazz to boot! ”

“ Right now, this is my favorite sandwich in S.F.; it's got everything you need on the sandwich to make a great meal. I highly recommend this place for lunch, a quick dinner and-if you add the fried egg to the sandwich-breakfast as well!! The staff is super friendly, and the location is right in the middle of all the action. Definitely THE place to start a pub crawl! ”

“ Tried the steak sandwich today. It was ok. I was thinking there would be more flavour to it. It is a little bit of meat, LOTS of oil and vinegar coleslaw and some fries on an italian bread. Its not bad...but I guess cuz most of the filling is flavourless coleslaw thats what it tastes like. I added salt, pepper and some hot sauce and that added a little bit of flavour. I would probably pop by again at some point. ”

“ I was moved to try one of these all-in-one sandwiches after watching the Food Channel shows on similar. I tried the steak on my first visit, and honestly say that I can come back and try another one. ”

“ This place is cute. The sandwich, not being accustomed to it, is reminiscent of those almost obscene,Dagwood sandwiches, piling on everything in the fridge not excluding the dainty olive on a toothpick. All too my horror it was extraordinarily yummy. Thank god they got rid of the blow-up football player in the corner. The menu, as the name would imply, is limited to these gastronomic indulgences. My husband and I might make the trek more often if they offered more (for lack of a better description) chick-fare. ”

“ Oh how cool, being a "burgh-er"
myself, I was excited to find Giordano Bros. and their stolen Pittsburgh's Primanti Brothers famous "all-in-one" sandwich The sandwich itself is a piece of work: Two slabs of soft french bread are topped with grilled meat (including italian sausage, pastrami and cheese steak) and provolone cheese -- then decorated with french fries and heaped with vinegary coleslaw, add a fried egg - just for fun...The whole mess is served with a fork but it's more fun without. Yum....But where's the Iron City Beer? Maybe the friendly staff will suggest it to management. ”

“ Anyone who knows this sandwich must go to this restaurant. What a great place to kick back with friends in a casual atmosphere. Once you try one sandwich you're hooked! I recommend the sausage sandwich! ”

“ Fries and coleslaw in your sandwich at the same time? Is that crazy talk? NO! It's pixburgh-esque dining at it's finest -- yins gonna link these heaping sandwiches! This place is a must for anyone from the-burgh. ”

“ I had a totally unique sandwich, that is all in one, I guess this is all the rage in Pittsburgh and now I can see why, I choose the spicy sausage sandwich, inside there was coleslaw done in a light vinegar and olive oil dressing with ground pepper topped off with fresh cut french fry?s, they serve it on fresh bread, which is baked next door at the italian bakery, best of all, we had lunch for about 15 dollars. ”

“ I had the smoked turkey with provolone cheese, coleslaw and fresh-cut fries. Now what makes this special is that it's all in one sandwich, they pile it all on and it works! The best, best thing was the cut to order fries, next time I think I'll order a side of those babies. This is a meal in Northbeach that won't break the bank about $6.75 for the All-In-One Sandwich. ”

“ A whole lotta sandwich! Cozy eats in North Beach. Bring your appetite and get ready for the greatest all-in-one sandwich on the west coast. Grab a beer and a heaping helping of coleslaw-fries-cheese and the meat of your choice. Big yum and great prices! Try the hot coppa for something different. ”
