Super cheap chinese hole-in-the wall, but busy and packed. Get the salt and pepper chicken wings. Service is bad, but really decent comfort food for the super cheap price. I love the chiu chou tofu which is outside crispy pan fried tender inside soft tofu sitting in soup. they have $1 dessert specials advertised on the walls, like dun dan (hot egg custard) and bubble drinks.

they tell me everything here is delish.... for lunch, i order the bbq short ribs... the meat practically falls off the ribs when you touch it... so juicy and tender. it comes w/ super skinny crispy fries... i also shared the thai noodle salad which comes w/ chunks of avocado, mango and cherry tomatoes... we had the roasted artichokes which were excellent with the spinach dip it came with. our waiter was in training, but he was really nice to us, even though they kept "trying" to bring us more roasted artichokes and walked away when they realized we already had one. watch out for the cold nothing special "peel and eat" shrimp... it was $21 on our tab, almost as much as the hawaiian swordfish.
