I did like the restaurant-the food was okay. Orderd garlic shrimp and they messed up with the order and brought cajun instead. We were lucky to have a window seat and it was a beautiful view.....the dessert was the best part! But SO true..very touristy...very crowded and it was a longer than normal wait. The waiter was VERY nice though...like the Bubba Gump's in Monterey better.

We wanted to eat in the main restaurant....super crowded..long wait and we were going to see a play, so pressed for time. So they had room up front in the "smaller" restaurant and we decided to eat dinner there..it was wonderful!! I was so happy to have this as it was smaller servings but just enough and was fabulous!! I remember the dessert was wonderful!! LOVED the atmoshere too! Hehe..too bad the play wasn't as good as the restaurant...will definitely go back..the Merlot was AWESOME too!!!

Such a fun restaurant..I STARVE myself before coming here so I can really eat!!....food is fabulous, menu has something for everyone, staff is VERY friendly and super helpful....a "can't miss" restaurant when visiting San Francisco....thanks SO much!!!

I would definitely go back...I loved it!! Food was so good...atmosphere was AWESOME!! The waiter was so kind, thoughtful and VERY friendly....
this restaurant was recommended by a local resident who my sister and I just stopped and asked.."WHERE is a TERRIFIC place to eat!" We were up for anything...he suggested this and we want to THANK HIM! I LOVE SAN FRANCISCO!! You are SO lucky to live there..those that read this..would give anything to move there. Would never ever be bored EVER! Especially with the fabulous restaurants...and so much to do! So to the Sausage Factory..keep up the good work and I will be back very soon...thanks!!!
